Over the 4 years of working together on eCommerce at RXBAR we had countless conversations about the B.S. present in the current eCommerce Agency/consulting world. We set out to to do things differently, to challenge the status quo and to call B.S. on what was currently available for the next generation of CPG Founders in need of help selling online.

Our Team

  • Kyle Phelan - CoFounder

    Kyle's eCommerce career started at Pepsi Co in 2014 where he was the 2nd person on the eCommerce team. Being a small team, Kyle wore every hat and helped scale that team to 200 employees when he left 4 years later. In 2018, Kyle joined RXBAR to lead sales for all of eCommerce. Over his 4 years at RX, Kyle led eCommerce, B2B & D2C while scaling the Amazon business from $10-$40M and making it the most profitable channel.

  • Shane White - CoFounder

    Shane's eCommerce career started at Walmart.com where he was responsible for financially standing up two of the early FC's. He was a part of the battle with Amazon when Walmart acquired Jet.com, Bonobos, Modcloth and Hayneedle. In 2017, Shane joined RXBAR to lead the finance function for the eCommerce business. Scaling RX's Amazon business, profitably, from $10-$40M in 4 years. He then went on to lead RXBAR's global revenue growth management function and oversaw finance for their International expansion into Export, Canada and the UK.
